Finnish team began the match of placings (5th-8th place) better and was taking lead in the 7th minute. Vlašim tried to tie till the break, but the goal was not scored until the 18th minute, when Vlašim used a power play. The score remained unchanged until the end of the game, therefore penalty shootout came after. However, the winner was not known utill the 5th series, when Poropojat determined its victory.
